Cubeez.com is committed to providing quality online entertainment for preschoolers and their parents. While we encourage the interactive nature of online media, we strive to ensure the online safety and privacy of our users.
Cubeez.com is intended for domestic visitors and, consequently, is specifically directed towards residents of the United Kingdom. This policy, like the online medium itself, is subject to change.
INFORMATION COLLECTION POLICIES
Cubeez.com collects the information you provide at registration including your
name, e-mail address and your children's details. We may use this information
to, for example:
· provide you with personalised
information such as event listings.
· understand how you have been using the site and tailor the information
we provide to you accordingly.
· automatically complete forms on the Website with your name and address.
· allow independent auditors to verify Website usage statistics.
· mail or e-mail you with information about the Website or other Cubeez

In our main child's play area, the
design, content and language, as well as our activities, are targeted to our audience
of preschoolers under supervision of their parents. It is our policy to create
an environment here that requires minimal collection of information from our visitors.
Consequently, the child's play area of Cubeez.com limits the collection of information
from children to what is known as non-personally identifiable information (e.g.
first name).
Cubeez.com never makes children's information available to any third parties.
In our Parents area, the design, content and language, as well as our activities, are targeted to a grown-up audience. We do request personally identifiable information from Parents who choose to allow their children to participate in certain features of the website, as described below. If we were to discover that a child submitted personally identifiable information in the Parents area (i.e. Registration), Cubeez.com would delete the information immediately.
You should be aware that if we are requested by the police or any regulatory or government authority investigating suspected illegal activities to access and disclose individually identifiable information concerning your activities whilst using our web site, we shall do so. We also reserve the right to disclose individually identifiable information to third parties where a complaint arises concerning your use of our web site, and that use is deemed by us inconsistent with these conditions.
You agree that you do not object to us contacting you for any of the above purposes whether by telephone, e-mail or in writing and you confirm that you do not and will not consider any of the above as being a breach of any of your rights under the Telecommunications (Data Protection and Privacy) Regulations 1999.
REGISTERED MEMBERSHIP
Cubeez.com provides registered membership for Parents only. Registration and membership
are offered only under the Parents area. In order to participate in our registered
member activities, we ask grown-up users to submit personal information (e.g.
full name, e-mail address, home town). Grown-up users may also submit details
of their children for the sole purpose of facilitating activities such as the
Birthday Board. All such personal information collected is retained by Cubeez.com
in order for us to help provide our users access to Cubeez.com's registered members
activities. Once registered, grown-up users supervising their children can participate
in registered member activities.
At any time after the registration process, registered members can choose to unregister
by electing to unsubscribe, which option can be found in the Registration section
and at the end of each Cubeez.com correspondence sent to users.
Cubeez.com will not knowingly collect any information from children under 16.
Note to parents: If your child is under 16 and has registered on Cubeez.com using a false age, please notify us by e-mail at info@cubeez.com. We will immediately close the account and nullify all personally identifiable information collected from them.
Only parents, after logging in securely, may change the details relating to their children.
Preschoolers and their parents can take part in a number of exciting activities we offer in the child's play area on cubeez.com without submitting any personally identifiable information about themselves.

In the event that all or substantially all of the assets relating to Cubeez.com
are transferred or sold to another entity, personally identifiable information
may be transferred to the acquiring entity.
Special Cases
We may also disclose personally identifiable information to third parties when
required by law or is pertinent to judicial or government investigations or proceedings,
or otherwise necessary to protect our Web site or the safety of its users.
Other than as set forth above, we do not at present intend to use your personal
information for other purposes. However, in the future we may disclose personal
information you have provided to third parties for additional purposes and in
the event we do, we will provide notices of such use to our users.

The grown-up's first name and e-mail address are deleted from our system periodically.
